Sensei Rene Cruz, New York Branch Chief of International Karate Organization Kyokushin Kai Kan (IKO), will be hosting the "Ring Wars 2009 - Extreme Kyokushin' in Rochester NY. The event featuring adult Knockdown Fighting is open to all karate styles. All the fights will be "one match" fights and will take place inside an elevated professional boxing ring 20'x20'.

The tournament will be held at the Harro East Theater and Ballroom, 155 North Chesnut Street, Rochester, NY. Doors will open at 5:00pm.
