On Saturday, August 14 2010, Hanshi Manny Matias will supervise a Black Belt Promotion Test at World Kanreikai Headquarters, in Danbury, CT. The test will start at 11:00am. All candidates invited to take part in this Promotion Test will be notified by Hanshi Manny.
